my diet

I’m not really on a diet plan because there’s no way I could follow one. But normally, this is my normal intake for each day(:

Breakfast could be any of these

  • A glass of almond milk
  • Protein Shake
  • Oatmeal
  • A serving of any “safe” fruit
  • One plain honey wheat bagel thin-100 calories
  • Granola and fat free greek yogurt

Snacks consist of

  • Baby carrots
  • Celery sticks
  • Blueberries
  • Pineapple
  • Jello
  • Bagel thin
  • Almond milk
  • Apple slices

Lunch could possible be

  • 1 cup of spinach leaves with 1 to 2 oz. plain, grilled chicken
  • Fiber one bar with jello, carrots, celery, and fruit
  • 1 cup of fruit salad
  • Handful of almonds, jello, carrots, and fruit
  • Half an avocado, carrots, jello 

Snacks for around 3:30/4 p.m. (I normally go to the gym right afterwards, so I need to have some energy beforehand) 

  • Fiber One bar
  • 1 to 2 oz. of chicken
  • Handful of almonds
  • Some fruit
  • Half an avocado

Dinner (Most of the time my parents will make meat such as chicken or steak, I add what goes along with it)

  • 2 to 3 oz. of chopped grilled chicken with spinach (fat free dressing or lemon juice)
  • Steak, green beans, quarter of an avocado
  • Sometimes I’ll just have a protein shake (for recipe, view my recipe tab)
  • Fiber one bar, vegetables, or fruit 

Honestly, I don’t really have a meal plan whatsoever. I alternate between different fruits and vegetables and I eat really slowly so I normally don’t each much.
